with what media watch is saying about viacoms lawsuit....well well when the shit hits the fan all those accounts using copright material will be in effect be closed down.....on the auto copyright infringement tags...youtube will lose so much royaltie from this action...who in the right mind will invest in advertising then when they stand to loose so much sooner or later ..busy little beavers lol ....

That really sux. Well, when ever I open my mouth on this topis, bitches like Saami bite off my head and shit in my kneck. Just because I refused to go to bed with her last year in a date. I'm sorry, I had a headache. Now she's bitter because she really wanted it. Haha. YouTube told to hand over viewing logs
Dismissing privacy concerns, a federal judge overseeing a $US1 billion copyright-infringement lawsuit against YouTube has ordered the popular online video-sharing service to disclose who watches which video clips and when. U.S. District Judge Louis L. Stanton authorized full access to the YouTube logs after Viacom and other copyright holders argued that they needed the data to show whether their copyright-protected videos are more heavily watched than amateur clips. The data would not be publicly released but disclosed only to the plaintiffs, and it would include less specific identifiers than a user's real name or email address.... |
