Hi Evepearl. I LOVE watching your videos. Your quick and to the point. I had a question though. It's about the Jell-o tip. I was wondering if I apply the jell-o to my lips DRY. Or do I WET the q-tip first then apply. PLEASE HELP!! I would really LOVE to have the red stained look. With out putting on lipstick.
