You that love lovers,

1. Where do you get all your energy?
First, I'd like to divide 'energy' into two parts; energy and stamina. Stamina, although not completely separate from energy, is the ability to move vigorously (dance) for a long period of time. I usually dance many in a row, almost back to back. That comes from a fitness that I'll, for the time being, attribute to running, which I did prior to this Youtube dance project. Actually, I used to run and then come home and dance. That got to be a bit much, so I decided to just dance, it was more fun!
Ok, let's look at energy in general. High energy comes from an overall well being, physical as well as emotional and mental. I eat well and do try to eat for my blood type, although not always ridged, I still eat foods that are healthy. As you can see, I'm getting some exercise, but the emotional and mental aspects of energy are very important! First, doing what you love to do is energy inducing, I love to dance; I get refreshment from dancing and moving to great music. Emotionally, this is exuberating; you may have detected this. Moreover, if you look at life in an exuberating way, joy and exhilaration is what you'll find. One very important aspect of achieving joy and exuberance is to shed judgments, persecution and malice from your thoughts and behavior. Case in point, if you're telling someone else "to get a life" you are going to limit your opportunities to experience true joy and exuberance. These elements are not compatible with each other.

2. Is this a dude?
NO! I have some muscle mass that you may have detected. I did grow up on a farm; I've worked hard and have been very athletic most of my life by engaging in sports and martial arts.

3. Why don't you get a life?
Ok, I've touched on that a bit. If you are telling someone else to get a life, I'm not a psychologist, but I can tell you that there are billions of lives on this planet. There is no question, we all have a life and we all have a life that does not have to conform to 'your' idea of what a life should or should not be. No one has a model life.

4.Are you 'on' something? (Drugs, alcohol?)
ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I wouldn't take an aspirin!
I'm not high and I don't get high on any type of substances ever. This association with dancing and drugs or alcohol is disturbing. There is a high that comes from joy and music and that is what you are observing.
