UPDATE TO MY FRIENDS & SUBSCRIBERS:

I have been in the hospital since 4-27-08. Richie pulled me out of that hospital (and with me as sick as I have ever been in my life) he drove me back to the Cleveland Clinic. I have a new team of doctors and they are FINALLY getting to the bottom of all that's been happening with my health. I'm still very ill, but also relieved. Now is when I need to be strong and fight hard. I can do this because He is with me. I also want to say that each of you have touched my life and heart forever. YOU have given ME so much strength, faith, love, hope and encouragement. I am eternally grateful to have the wonderful feeling that you bring into my life. You are giving me wings and someday soon I hope to fly.




2-02-08 UPDATE
I thought I'd never have to write this on my channel: but sometimes in life, you've got to do what you've got to do:
Hate does not live at this Channel. If you have nothing nice to say and you write something hurtful and ignorant to me... YOU WILL BE BLOCKED! It takes me a lot less time, to block you, than for you to get a sock account. I will continue to block you because I am block happy and proud of it. Hate doesn't live at my house. The one I live in at home, or the one I treasure on YouTube. I will not tolerate ignorance, name calling and stupidity. I can take away your freedom of speech on my channel. It's called "block!" Please remember, you will forever be in my prayers. You can't control that, no more than you can control me deleting and blocking your comments. So, if you would like to write a nasty comment, please know, it will not remain on the page, it will not be responded to, you will be blocked... But! The good news is, I get to pray for you.

UPDATED 2-25-08

I first came to YouTube because I wanted to do video's about Mental Health issues. I have Major Depressive Disorder, and suffered for some time with agoraphobia. They were severly affecting my life. I'm on disability for Intractable Epilepsy, however, I felt that sometimes, (most of the time), my depression and problems associated with it, were harder to bear than the epilepsy. I attend therapy (weekly) and after YEARS of trial and error I finally got on the right medication for my mental health issues. Things were looking bright for me again.

Before I became disabled, due to seizures, I was a professional singer. When I was younger, I could have made it in the Country
Music Industry. Yes, I was given that chance. I have made two CDs, and if you do a search for "Paula James", on the internet, you'll find my voice for sale somewhere.

Last December (2006), when things were finally looking up for me, I started becoming physically ill. That brings you pretty much up to speed. Now, I'm going to the Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida and praying for a miracle, as I sit in this bed, in the dark, hearing the sounds of machines, but listening to the sounds of my Richie breathing as he sleeps next to me in the roll out bed they brought for him.

I'm a Christian and proud of it. I don't tolerate people who are homophobic. I don't tolerate people who are racist, no matter who the racism is aimed at. I LOVE ALL PEOPLE, regardless of their religion. I have nothing against anyone, unless they crap on my lawn (my YouTube lawn, that is). I'm married to an incredible man. His name's Richie. His YouTube name is rmt131. He is the most wonderful, kind, loving, caring soul in the world. I know God was watching over me, by sending me my Prince. Since I've been so very physically ill, I have found myself spending more & more time on YouTube. I do have support. I have my sweet Richie, his sisters, and my wonderful step-mom. I also have my sweet and caring sister Debbie who lives up North. I feel so much love, from so many wonderful people here, that it makes my heart smile. I'm blessed. So blessed to have gotten to know so many wonderful people here on YouTube. I hope I get to meet many more.
